It is one of the most dreaded occurrences as a vehicle owner - a breakdown on the road. It always seems to happen at the worst time and at the worst location, and never when we expect it! Although it can be extremely stressful, the first thing it do is to stay calm and try to get to safety as soon as possible. Breakdowns can put you at risk for car accidents if you are in a dangerous spot, so understanding your surroundings is important. Here are some tips on what to do next: Turn on your emergency lights as soon as you can! This will indicate to other drivers on the road that something is wrong and will allow others to take precaution when driving around your vehicle.
