I’ve used other mechanics on previously owned vehicles but since I found Ervines I’m a loyal customer. I definitely trust them as much as my dealership to keep me safe on the road. Now they are pricier but it is a better ticket than the dealership service center. You pay for what you get—and quality parts and service are worth every penny! I’ve come to Ervines to service my Chrysler 200 on several occasions, never for the same service. I appreciate that they do their best to get you in and out ASAP. They offer detailed estimates with notes and pictures so you know you’re not just getting pushed for unnecessary services. They answer any questions I have without hesitation or attitude. The loaner vehicle is a bonus so I’m not spending time off from work or extra spending for ride share while waiting for my car to return.
