We went to Ervine's for a pre-sale inspection on a used vehicle. They gave us a comprehensive, digital report with pictures and notes on each item of concern. I called to talk more about the report, and the mechanic was patient with me and answered all of my questions. They gave me an honest opinion about whether or not to buy, and I appreciate their insight and in-depth overview of the inspection. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Eric and Megan were excellent. They explained everything. Eric called and explained everything truthfully and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t 100% necessary. Their prices are very reasonable. The loaner cars are a game-changer! And after hours pickup makes it so much easier to get your car taken care of. Would 100% come back for anything else that comes up

Very friendly people and very professional service. I really like the system they use for communication. You can talk to someone in person on the phone but they also San U emails and text. I filled out a short form online for a scheduled appointment. The following business day I received and email and text with The confirmation. I lived a short distance away and didn't have a ride home and they gave me a ride home. After several hours I received the email with the link to a page that explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. All I had to do was check the boxes of what I wanted done and they did it. When the work was complete they sent an email with the link To the bill and I paid it online and picked up my car. The keys were hanging on the door waiting for me. Excellent service and a great job Done.

After a bad experience at another auto shop, I took my Honda CR-V to Ervines Auto Repair. When I first called, I was warmly greeted by Megan. I was encouraged by the fact that she took the time to truly listen to what was going on with my car. She worked me into their schedule quickly, and assured me that her family would properly diagnose and fix my car. I was told by another auto shop that day that I needed a transmission rebuild. There were many "red flags" at the other auto shop, and I wanted another opinion. I dropped my car off at the end of business on Monday, and got a call from Bruce on Tuesday morning letting me know that they diagnosed the problem. I needed an oil change. Yes, you read that right - An oil change. I was told by another auto shop that I needed a new transmission. Ervines knew that. After looking at my vehicle, they determined that there was nothing wrong with my transmission. I was absolutely blown away! They did a full inspection of my car and gave me recommendations about other maintenance that was due. They have a portal in which they can share photos with you, which was really nice. We authorized them to do several other repairs while it was in the shop. Ervines fixed the problem I was experiencing with my car (caused by low oil) and made sure everything else was in good working order. They have gained my trust, and I will be a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you for the great service, Megan and Bruce!

Excellent service, car was fixed quickly and at the quoted rate with a great explanation of the details. I really enjoy their online system so you can see what parts are needed ahead of time and how much they cost.

I purchased a 2002 Tacoma and brought it to Ervines for two reasons: First I wanted to have it gone through to see what repairs were needed, if any. Eric was extremely informative and helpful in explaining the two repairs necessary that I had been unaware of, both of which were important to attend to. Secondly, I live in Colorado and since I had to fly back, I needed to have a location and person to meet a shipper in my absence to ship the truck back to Colorado. Megan and Jamie were wonderful in helping me out in this regard. I had a great feeling about everyone working there, which I actually expected after seeing the very high percentage of five star reviews, and now I'm adding one more! I give them my highest recommendation!
