Look, what I’m about to say may sound strange to some people. But, to me, it’s the sign of a shop that actually cares about the service they provide. Is Ervine’s the cheapest place in town? No, it’s not, and probably far from it. But you get what you pay for. I took my car in for an oil change, and they found a few things that needed work. And we’re not talking about changing blinker fluid or any of that nonsense, it was stuff that actually needed to be done. These are things that the dealership missed the last time the car was in for service. To me, it shows attention to detail and high overall knowledge from the mechanics. They even began the repairs and noticed something else wasn’t right, so they called me and told me about that, too. Is Ervines your budget shop where you go to save a few bucks? No. Will I be returning next time my car needs service? Absolutely, without question

When my Kia broke down while driving on a Monday I was terrified I would be out of a car for a long time! I took it to many different shops only to be told they could not work on hybrids. I called every Kia dealership in the area and each were booked out for months!! I called Ervine's, desperate for some help, and they happily squeezed me into their tight schedule, and got me back to and driving in two business days of working on it. They called with updates unprompted, they broke down the price systematically so I knew what I was paying for, and they let me know the moment it was good to pickup. These guys are great and deserve your business. 5/5

Erivine’s Customer service is next to no one when it comes to the auto repair business. The communication is great. They are very honest and open with the problems that you may be experiencing on your vehicle. You choose what you want fixed and they don’t pressure you.
