First time using them for my hybrid repair. I loved their online tools for estimate and approval and payment. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend Grand Rapids Hybrid!

Ervine's is a great auto service center, the staff has to be one of the best and friendliest groups of people I have ever worked with, as well as very knowledgable, they went above and beyond what I had expected especially during this time of quarantine, work was done fast and at a great price. Ervine's will be my place for vehicle repairs in the future!

Ervines is my first choice for car repair. I always feel like they do an extremely thorough job. It’s hard to find a mechanic you feel you can trust. More than once, they have told me that my problem was covered under warranty and it would be free if I took it to the dealership for repair, even though they could have fixed it. The staff are always super friendly and easy to talk to. They always answer the phone. Sometimes after hours. I feel like they actually care about my situation. I’ve never had to wait long to get an appointment, like I have with other service places. I am usually surprised with how quickly my car is done and Bruce always calls with updates while working on it. I really appreciate the loaner cars provided free of charge. That’s a nice touch other places don’t do. I really like the text and emails updates. And now with the COVID19 restrictions, everything can be done by smartphone or computer, including estimates.,work authorization and payments. I would highly recommend Ervines.

My battery died and my needs were immediate so that when I called them, I was glad they were able to get me an appointment right away. Very knowledgeable team.

Firstly, I was very happy to find a well reviewed shop that was open during the pandemic and I appreciate the no contact way the shop is operating. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the pictures provided so I could see what was being worked on, and the ability to approve each piece of work. The labor and parts did seem a little overpriced however this is my first time getting work done in Michigan so it might be normal for here. Despite this, I have no complaints about the work and there's a good chance I'll return after doing some price checking around the area.

SO thankful for this shop! I'm no car expert, but I doubt these are the cheapest prices I could be charged. They always do excellent work, though, and treat me fairly. No hidden fees or anything. I also love the online approval/invoice/payment process. It's detailed and super smooth.

This is the second car I have had work and for the second time I am very impressed. Loaner car was nice. The customer service was impeccable. Found my macanic for the near future!
