Fantastic staff that do what needs to be done and don't push you at all. Uniquely they take pictures of nearly every recommendation and area of work being done which you can easily see online so you can get a sense of necessity in the repairs. I am always happy to bring my vehicle here.

I had a high mileage older pickup that just broke down. It happens! They were honest and told me what happened And how much it would be to fix with no pressure up to me. I will be takeing my new vehicle to them when i get one ! They have done all my auto work , And My Daughter takes her car there she feels safe ! Not taken

I've been taking my vehicles to Ervine's exclusively the past few years and they have been nothing but excellent.

We took our Prius here for the first time for routine maintenance and brake work. They had it fixed within 24 hours and kept us updated throughout the process, plus they provide a free loaner car. Everyone we talked to was so nice. I was really impressed and we will definitely be back!

One of the best customer service establishments I’ve come across not only in auto repair but in general. They are extremely courteous and value the customer’s time and how they feel. We all know repairs and finances can be stressful and emotional and they really are in tune with that and their customers. Quick response time and we’re able to get us in as soon as they could. I can’t express how much and nice it was to have people who went above and beyond to care about my needs and to make me comfortable as well as help me out when I was waiting. Aside from being super polite, they explain what is going on with your car and how they will repair it, they resuscitate my car once a year for a 13 year old hybrid lLexus,, I refuse to buy a new car, and repairing it is cheaper than buying one and since I Found Ervine hybrid auto repair I’m even less inclined to give up on my car which I love.
