They diagnosed the problem and let me use a loaner. Great communication and great folks. They were honest that they wouldn't be able to get parts for 2+ months and referred me to another shop that could do a rebuild within two weeks, that they use themselves personally. Megan is a sweetheart and makes you feel at ease and like she's been a friend for years. I'll be back.
