Great, fast and friendly service! Jamie at the front desk is the best! She made us feel like family and was able to get us a loaner car in no time. We appreciated the fact that Bruce, the technician, talked to us in plain "English terms" and took the time to go over the needed repairs with us. Considering we had last minute repair work needed (not scheduled) we were amazed they had our car ready in less than 36 hours! We had a great experience and definitely plan to be back!

We have used Ervine's for servicing our vehicles for many years. We have always been pleased with their service. They are honest and competitive. We were once told by a dealer that the problem with our vehicle was not one that had a recall on it and they would not do the recall. We did not tell Ervine's about that but they are "up on things" and checked into it for us. They called a dealer and found that our vehicle was under the recall. When we picked up the vehicle they made arrangements for it to be repaired. We went directly to have it repaired. They go the extra mile. They are always friendly and explain the problems very well. We also love the loaner cars!
