I brought my Mitsubishi Outlander to Ervines to take care of general maintenance and setup a proactive plan going forward. My technician was Bruce and he was fantastic at explaining what were the priorities and what we should push out to a future date. I received a full estimate of all work to be done before hand and the work was exactly as quoted. No surprises! They texted, emailed, and called me when my vehicle was finished. Also big bonus for the free loaner vehicle. I highly recommend. Thanks Ervines!

This is a great, reliable repair shop. I've been bringing our 2002 Chrysler Town & Country here for years. I trust their work and am happy to have a place I can rely on.

Ervine's is very professionally run and the staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. I had my car serviced at Ervine's last week and since then it has been running great. That was my first time doing business with Ervine's and I'm bringing in my other vehicle today. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of maintenance and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

When I took my car into Ervines, they explained all the work needed on my car and made it clear and understandable. Lastly they got the work done on my car within a reasonable amount of time which is greatly appreciated. I drove my car around a bit today and my car no longer makes the noises it had prior to work being done on it.

I have been looking all over West Michigan for a auto repair shop to service my hybrid. I like to keep cars for at least ten years but need help maintaining them in excellent & safe condition. Of course I look for help from a repair shop that has knowledgeable technicians, honest management, friendly staff and, of course, want it all at a reasonable cost. I found it at Ervine's! Although I live in Muskegon, the use of their loaner car made use of their services workable in my schedule.
