I encountered a problem with my 2010 Fusion Hybrid that Eric had not run into before, he was willing to look into it for me anyhow, seemed he was eager for a challenge. Eric made a lot of calls and research into getting our car fixed and it now works as it should, we brought the car in on 5/6 and got it back on 5/17 , they were always happy to talk to me when I called to check in on the progress and I had a loaner car for the whole time. Even though they are over an hour away I'd have to think real hard as to why I would take my Hybrid anywhere else! The price was very fair as well.

Very professional and courteous service. They keep you updated on service work and provide an estimate before completing work. Mechanics are expert trouble shooters. This is where my vehicle goes.

They repaired our vehicle in less than a day, even though we had to drop it off hours before they even opened without an appointment. They really helped us out in a stressful situation where we almost had to miss a medical appointment and possibly end up without a car hours from home. The staff were extremely empathetic, which makes a huge difference when something like this happens and they have to be the most kind of all the shops we've been to... we really appreciate how fast they were able to get us out of a bind.
