Brought my PT Cruiser here to be worked on. I had the same mechanics for close to 18 years and had first brought it to them. They didn’t seem interested in working on it. So, the previous owner of the car and my neighbor said bring it to Ervine’s. Wow! Picked her up today and I can’t even describe how thrilled I am at the repairs, service, professionalism, and integrity of Ervine’s! This car is like brand new!!! The knowledge of the staff at Ervine's is vast. Their dedication to excellence is always apparent and I have always been satisfied with repairs they have done. They also understand the importance of being able to get a vehicle in right away, and how much we depend on them to function in our daily lives. The fact that they have loaner cars makes it very convenient to take cars there for repair.

my car broke down in the middle of the snow storm I thought it was something that Ervine's had fixed on my van so I posted a not-so-nice review they reached out to me and had me bring my van in explain my warranties that I thought were only 30 days they looked at my van and found the most strangest problem which explained a few things they fixed it and had my van back on the road within hours I want to thank them for being patient with me and for reaching out to me and helping me during my worst frustrations I also got a loaner car so that I could go to work thank you I also want to thank you for patience and your kindness and understanding thank you for all that you've done

Great customer service and excellent communication. Their system of emailing the estimate details and following up with a phone call and personal explanation made me feel not only feel valued as a customer but it also made the it clear about the work I was having done. Having a loaner car while they worked on my Prius was also fantastic. I would recommend Ervine’s to anyone.

I work a lot and am on-call 24/7 several days at a time. So I needed a place that could have a loaner car for me when I dropped off my car for repair. After doing a google search and some Facebook recommendations, I came across Ervine's. The website has a place to request a loaner car and 2 choices of days you would like. I automatically assumed I wouldn't hear anything back until Monday (I did this on a Sunday evening) But to my surprise, I got a response an hour later saying Monday morning would be just fine. Wow! Monday morning I arrived and was greeted by very friendly staff and they had my loaner car warmed up and ready for me. All of the diagnostics and recommendations are easily seen through the website, complete with pictures and the ability to agree or deny a service which also includes the price. With my busy work day, this technology is amazing and very convenient! Bruce even called me and explained to me what he found and was very helpful. He called me Tuesday morning and told me my car was ready. 24 hours. That's it. Other places told me they couldn't even get me in for a week at the earliest. You have definitely earned my business!
