Although I forget the mechanic/technician's name, I do appreciate him giving me a thorough breakdown of his diagnoses over the phone. Based on the advice he gave me, I can definitely sense that the staff there are not going to suggest any unnecessary repairs. Their knowledge of Priuses is also very extensive. Furthermore, they were nice enough to let me drop off my vehicle 15 minutes before they open so that I could arrive to work on time. I am grateful that GR has an independent and qualified shop that specializes in Hybrid vehicles.

I will never take my Prius to another place to have work done on it!! I live in Ann Arbor, and driving to GR could not be more worth it for us! We went to a dealership and they quoted us double of what we really needed because they didn't want to actually figure out what was wrong. Could not be happier with the work!!!
