Great service, owners are fantastic people, their estimate process is nice as you can accept or deny the work electronically, if they run into anything during the work they notify you of what they have run into, write another estimate for that and you can accept or deny the additional work...no surprises with Ervine's where other shops likely would just go and fix the extra issue without an ok

Fantastic customer service from Jaime. She was able to set me up with a loaner car while I waited to have my issue diagnosed. Bruce was extremely prompt and thorough with his response, sending me detailed notes and pictures. He was able to address my issue the same day and provide me with recommendations for new tires (which I need) as well as let me know about a recall and a couple software updates that my Prius needs. I will definitely be bring my Prius here again and will tell any other hybrid owners in the area to do the same.

Ervines has been so helpfull with our prius problems. They gave us full attention on the phone with questions, even when we broke down while on vacation they worked with us to find a solution. Highly recommend!

If you're in a position where you can't afford to get mistreated, like my wife and I, take your vehicle here for service. I'm not in their dept, I pay my bills. Ervine's not in my dept, because they do what they say. They've done excellent work on a number of serious issues on our 93 2wd Suburban we are truly grateful for. I have had an absolutely incredible experience at Ervine's. I was coming in from Detroit on what was supposed to be a 1 day business trip in GR. Unfortunately my car broke down. I got a referral to call Ervine's and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Megan and Eric gave me first priority and started working on the car immediately.They even helped me find a hotel and use their lobby as a work space. Eric explained everything to me in a comprehensive and effective way - I felt very in the loop about everything regarding the status of my vehicle. Nothing but good things to say. They are such good humans.
