Everyone at Ervine's was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my car into the shop quickly and they were able to fix the problem that day. They are conveniently located near my home and work too. I will definitely be using them for any future car repairs and recommending them to my family and friends.

I have been looking all over West Michigan for a auto repair shop to service my hybrid. I like to keep cars for at least ten years but need help maintaining them in excellent & safe condition. Of course I look for help from a repair shop that has knowledgeable technicians, honest management, friendly staff and, of course, want it all at a reasonable cost. I found it at Ervine's! Although I live in Muskegon, the use of their loaner car made use of their services workable in my schedule.

Our trailblazer's fuel pump went out on a weekend, we had it towed to Ervine's. They responded to us quickly on Monday. The mechanic explained everything in great detail and troubleshooted every issue. I would highly recommend their services. They truly care about customer service and go above and beyond making sure you return and are happy.

I have had 3 of our older model vehicles repaired there. The mechanics have been very good at explaining or showing the problem and worked with me to get the desired repair. I appreciate that they gave some cost savings options, with perhaps less quality parts but since I have older, nearer end of life vehicles, that is all I really needed. Part of what I love the best is the availability of a free loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. That, along with good reviews is what drew us to try them in the first place.

A couple of years ago my hybrid car had problems. Unfortunately not many businesses are capable of fixing hybrid cars. I could have taken it to a dealer, but I knew that would be more expensive than if I found a business that handled hybrid auto repairs. I looked around and decided to try Ervine's. They fixed my car and they provided me with a loaner car while my car was being fixed. This is all well and good, but what really impressed me is how much they know about hybrid vehicles. I think they have more knowledge of how hybrids work than mechanics at dealerships. At least as far as I'm concerned that's true. Also the mechanic who worked on my car said he enjoyed working on it. Now that's someone who I would trust to fix my car. Knowing how well they took care of my hybrid car, I've taken a non-hybrid vehicle in as well. Same great results. Another great aspect of Ervine's is the customer service. Besides always being pleasant, one time I called after hours and I got to speak with someone. That might not be typical, but it still impressed me.

I love Ervine's! They give trustworthy and honest advice and have great specials on a regular basis. It is so wonderful to not feel any anxiety going there. They give great advice on being pro-active in looking after your car so you don't have so many "surprises". After the mechanic looks at your car, you get a phone call along with an emailed list of their findings and pictures of those findings! I am so grateful to have found them. I would highly recommend to anyone. Their loaner car program is wonderful as well!

We were at a point where we could have just bought a new vehicle instead of dealing with any more ( repair specialist) technician. You are the real thing, you are so efficient, personal, KNOWLEDGABLE , and do what you say your going to do. I had what I thought was a small brake repair necessity. Eric provided me with an excellent education, walk through and recommendation for what actually needed to be done. He communicated with me constantly while performing the repairs and provided me with a great loaner. The entire staff at Ervine's was thoughtful, considerate and personable. I have my color changing cups but don't have any photos to share.
