They did a great job with the truck. Be prepared that everything here is expensive. Good work and honesty is worth paying for though.

Often we're the shop that 's called to correct the actions taken at the "not so expensive" shop. In the long run it's more expensive than it needs to be because it wasn't done right or with reliable parts the first time. We believe making a reasonable investment pays off for our customers in the long run. It's our responsibility to ensure you can rely on your vehicle to transport you and your family safely and dependently across town or cross country. We also know doing the job right the first time at a fair price for quality parts keeps you from having to return for further work or worse yest suffer a break down.

Family run business. Eric, Bruce and Jamie are the nicest people. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done! They are honest and professional and do a great job. One super perk of taking your car in for maintenance is that they offer a loaner car while they are working on your car. As long as I live in West Michigan I will be taking my car to Ervine's.

I have been going to Ervine's for quite some time now. They always have quality service and are extremely nice. They will do anything necessary to accomodate you appropriately. I love them and would recommend them to anyone!

Great service even on short notice! My son's car broke down in Grand Rapids and we thought he might have to spend the night or longer. Ervine's to the rescue! Got the parts and finished the job on an old 1999 Dodge Stratus in one day! HIghly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave great advice to help me deal with a previous car place who didn't do such a great job. They are fast and keep you updated on everything. I would recommend to anyone.

I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection. The shop was able to work it in on relatively short notice; they were very prompt with update and insightful. They called me after the inspection to talk through what they found with me and took the time to answer all my questions. Will work with them again.

These guys are excellent! Awesome customer service and reasonable prices for quality work. I feel completely confident with bringing my vehicle here for any types of maintenance. They really have left a good impact on me.

Not being from around the area, we had to choose an auto repair place basically entirely off reviews. Having been ripped off a few times at different places, we were a little skeptical but we did not regret going to Ervines! The customer service was spectacular and I loved the online link they sent me so I could approve and disapprove of what needed to be fixed on our car - according to our budget. There were no surprises and we will go to Ervine's every time we need our car fixed. I honestly felt like they cared about how well my car ran, not just about how much money they could tack on to the bill. Thanks and we'll see you guys again and will be sure to refer you to anyone looking for an awesome auto repair shop!

Excellent place for car repairs! People are friendly, courteous, and professional. Megan and Jamie, in the office, have gone above and beyond to help me out when I have needed to leave my car for a while. I have great confidence in the "guys out in the shop". They take the time to explain things to you, and not make you feel like an idiot. Their prices are fair, and I don't feel that they try to gouge you, or pressure you in any way. I highly recommend Ervine's for any car repairs! Great people, and a local, family run business.
