Very efficient website system for car check-in. Provides detailed free diagnostic and ability to add on additional services for a reasonable price. No pressure sales pitch to tack on extra work. Very knowledgeable mechanic that can be reached just about any time. Great experience, no complaints.

This was a great experience for me. Customer Service was top notch. Response time of mechanics was excellent. They use a electronic tool to show all of the recommendations along with pictures of your vehicle this helps you see the problems and prioritize the work you want done.

Ervine’s is a very honest place to bring your vehicle; the staff explain things to you in simple, easy to follow ways if you’re not very mechanical. My vehicle had a lot of major concerns and they walked me through each problem and explained clearly what they recommended. There are affordable ways to finance your repairs, and they know hybrids very well; great team of specialists. They are on top of communication and even have loaner cars available for longer repairs.
