I've been going to Ervines for over 30 years. You just can't beat this place for car service. They always explain everything and let you decide on what you want done. Everyone there treats you like you're their only customer. Many thanks to Steve and Megan for getting me in on short notice.

A great experience from start to finish. Friendly people in the office, clear communication on where to park and what to do when dropping your car off, knowledgeable staff who are backed by solid mechanics. You know the job is being done right.

Ervines has worked on our hybrid cars but also my old Outback! We appreciate their transparency and up-front communication. I always feel I understand what needs to be done and why, and they are always happy to take my call. When we can't afford a repair, they're good about helping us figure out how long we can wait.

We're on our third car now with Ervines. Even though we don't drive the newest vehicles, they're always helpful and honest with what we need to get done to keep em running for as long as we can! When I needed to scrap two cars last year, they were empathetic and helpful. They've worked on hybrids for us but also our standard vehicles! I love that they offer loaner cars and we have certainly taken advantage of those :)

Ervine's Auto Repair is an extremely thorough and honest car repair company. They take the time needed with your vehicle, and if they don't know what's wrong, they tell you that. I won't take my car anywhere else now.
