I appreciate her transparency and patience as I used super non-technical terms to describe the issues. She didn't just write me off like most places do.

It had very poor performance and was a vehicle that was difficult to find parts for, or an experienced mechanic willing to work on it. Ervins did a very thorough inspection and diagnosis and reviewed their complete report with me answering all of my questions. The car actually runs better now than it did when it was new! Everyone was very helpful with getting me back on the road as soon as possible and double checking everything to make sure that the true problem was fixed. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Steve and the Ervines staff was wonderful to work with. I was taking a road trip to Tennessee in my Nissan Rogue. I called in June to set an August oil change and a once over for my September trip. Im glad I made the appointment because maintenance was needed on my vehicle. Steve made sure to get authorization before completing any work and talked me through step by step for the work done.
