The team at Ervine's did a great job working on my jeep. Steve and Megan were excellent at keeping me informed while the vehicle was in the shop and I appreciate the detailed information they provided. Their quoting process is one of the best I have ever seen. The quotes are detailed with pictures. When they say that something needs service, they back it up with the evidence as to why. After having multiple problems with other shops not fixing a cooling problem, I am glad that I found Ervine's.

Preface: If you're looking at shops solely based on price, Ervine's might not be the right fit for you. Took my 2012 Subaru here on 8.15 to have some work done. Had them do some diagnostics on my front & rear brakes. Turned out I needed quite some work done to my car that I would've had never known about myself. Kudos to Steve for his professionalism, non-biased opinions/recommendations, and all-around customer service. I really like how they emailed me a detailed description of their diagnostics (and specific breakdowns) with pictures and a paragraph description written at a reading level anyone can understand (for those who are not car-proficient like myself). Why I put this review at 4/5 stars is the price. I did noticed they charged me WAY more than some other shops or buying rotors myself from a parts store. I was a little discouraged by the total end price, but know that my car was well-taken care of and have the re-assurance I won't need to re-service what I had done for a while. Would highly recommend if you want a transparent shop with excellent customer service and professionals who actually know how to handle and service your car. If price is your primary concern, I might recommend looking elsewhere, but the team at Ervine's was 100% transparent in letting me know they're costs and reasoning behind them.

Quick to see me, did a lot of work on my car and explained everything every step of the way. The lobby/ waiting area is very nice.

Don't wast your time with other shops. Ervine's actually knows how to use their Diagnostics equipment. I always save time and money getting it right the first time.

I have had the most professional, and friendly, expertise and service of any auto repair business I have ever frequented. Anywhere! Excellent and extensive pre purchase inspection for a used vehicle; very extensive diagnostics on existing car; detailed but easy to understand discussion about repairs my car needed; and on top of all that, coming through on a last minute repair issue when they didn’t even know me! Everyone I’ve met here, in their varying positions, went above and beyond in each and every interaction. It simply does not get better than this. SO glad I found this business!
