Everyone was incredibly friendly and super helpful. The team did a fantastic job getting my car back on the road.

I just purchased a used hybrid car took it here for some preventative maintenance. They were very helpful with knowledgeable advice, and experience with the hybrid cars. They explained the repairs and what was found once they got into the repair. I trust their opinion, and will be bringing my car back for future services.

Here's the 2+1 review. First, Ervine's communication and customer service program is outstanding. From the comfort of my browser I reviewed the detailed inspection record (complete with photos and estimates) of my vehicle together with the Service Manager. This is not only convenient, but offers a transparency that is confidence building. Second, everyone I worked with at Ervine's treated me as if we had a relationship long before I walked through their door for the first time. I have the sense they've never met a stranger. The plus 1 is they have a guaranteed returning customer who will also recommend them to anyone in need of auto service.

Excellent place to take your vehical for repair. Steve is amazing! Megan is amazing! The techs are the best in town, better than at the dealerships even. They know their stuff. This is a very professional and clean operation that you know you can trust.

Had them do a spring tune up and a few other needed items. I've been using them for my car repairs since the late 80's. They always do a great job! Recommend them to anyone needing a great mechanic shop!

This was another great experience for me. Vehicle down I called Steve and Megan and they took care of me. Customer Service and care are huge selling points for me and they deliver every time. They make you feel comfortable while also providing you with the best course of action to take. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if it were possible!
