Very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on. I brought my 2011 Prius in, and was very happy with the level of care, attention, and explanation I received. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell the people working here care about what they do. Nice waiting area with good coffee. Reasonable prices, although not bargain basement, you pay for expertise. Will return.

What a GREAT experience! I have NEVER been glad to hand over my hard earned money for car repairs, until now. I was a first time customer. Now I am a lifetime customer. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If I had to narrow it down to 3 words, they would be quality, trust/peace of mind, and Family. Okay, that was 4 words. When you trust someone, peace of mind follows. If I had to change one of my 3 words, it would be from quality to excellence. This place is BEYOND excellent. Excellent customer service and clear communication. They are easy to get a hold of and ask questions. Prices are a bit higher but I feel comfortable taking my Prius there since they are experts in that type of vehicle!
