I travel 60 miles to have my car serviced at Ervine's because of the high level of competence of everyone there and because they are the nicest people it's possible to meet.

I just wanted to say thanks to Bruce for getting the new struts on my Prius. It drives waaaaay better now. It's truly a case of not knowing how much you needed something until you get it.

Had Bruce and Eric go through my GMC Yukon. It was time for it's 80K mile checkup. They both know how picky I am about my vehicles. Got it back and it runs like a new pair of tennis shoes. I've used Ervines for over 20 years. They are very honest and won't sugarcoat what repairs you may need to keep your vehicle running smoothly and safe. They won't do shoddy work. I highly recommend them.

Bought a really nice used vehicle. Needed brakes and some exhaust work. Since it was new to me, I asked them to go thru it and indicate problems or concerns. Obtaining the loaner vehicle was hassle free, and they Kept in contact with me, not leaving me in the dark while fixing my vehicle. Although not the most economical automotive repair shop they repaired my vehicle well that included fixing a very difficult problem. I do question the "first time vehicle" charge when your a first time customer. I'm a car guy myself and keep a close eye on what's going on with them. When i feel or hear a concern that i'm not comfortable enough to tackle myself that's when i seek help. So Basically when paying for that said charge they only reported back to me what i already knew on my seventeen year old vehicle, ok fine - just do the repair that i brought it to you for - just seemed like an up-charge (You asked for an honest opinion) So with this experience i will respect their professionalism & use them as a back-up repair shop when my preferred shop is booked. Other than that, if money is not an issue for you - very highly recommend. I will use them in the future.
